Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to present to you the Transformers DS Community Movie Tournament!
The Transformers DS Community Movie Tournament is a tournament in which all players whom register for the tournament will compete for a grand prize of a gift card equaling the amount of two movie tickets to see the Transformers Movie! The player on the winning side with the most contribution points to the battle will be the winner of the tournament. Therefore, if you are on the Decepticons and have the most contribution points for the day but the Decepticons lost, you will not be the winner of the tournament!
To enter the tournament you must post within this topic the following phrase EXACTLY word by word:
"I want to watch the Transformers DS Movie, now give me my tickets!"
If the phrase is not written verbatum you may not participate within the tournament.
The tournament will begin at midnight (12:00 AM EST) Thursday June 28 and will end at 11:59PM EST on Thursday June 28th. If the moderators feel that the tournament can be extended they have the power to do so and will make an official announcement so that the community is aware.
Please read below for the official rules and regulations of the tournament. Any player whom does not follow the rules and regulations will be removed from the tournament as well as banned from all future tournaments. Also, the Transformers DS community moderators' decisions are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this tournament.

The Tournament is open to all registered users of the Transformers DS Community. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Your entry into the tournament constitutes an eligible score for the Battle of the Allspark on the specified date(s) as well as a registered entry within the Official Tournament forum topic. Submitted scores must be the particpants own score and by participating within the tournament they claim that they are the sole participant of the tournament and that there are not multiple contributors. Any player, which is caught cheating, using a hack, an exploit, or any unfair advantage not known to the public or that the moderaters of the community deem unfair will be removed and banned from future tournaments. Your entry constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Transformers DS community moderators, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this tournament.
Tournament Overview
The Transformers DS Community Movie Tournament is a one day long tournament beginning at 12:00 AM EST June 28, 2007 and ending on June 28, 2007 at 11:59 PM US EST. There will be one grand prize, which will be a gift certificate with the equal value of two movie tickets so that the grand prize winner may see the Transformers Movie. There are no consolation prizes, just one grand prize. The winner will be chosen based on the highest number of contribution points to the Battle for the Allspark from the winning side of that battle piece on the particular date of the tournament, and will also be judged by the Transformers DS Community moderators, which in no way have a bias to any particular member of the community. The tournament may be extended at the discretion of the Transformers DS Community moderators.
Player Eligibility
a) Transformers DS Community requires for this tournament, that the ESRB industry rating system for video games must be met. Transformers DS has an ESRB rating of Teen making it only suitable for the ages of 13 and above. All participants are required to be a minimum of 13 years of age at the date of the even in order to participate in the Tournament. Any one under the age of 13 may not participate in the tournament. Participants must be residents of the United State of America. All those participants under the legal age in their state must have their parents or guardians permission to participate within the tournament.
b) Participants in the event agree to provide their legal surname as well as their legal first name and middle initial or middle name upon request if they win. Aliases or nicknames may not replace their legal names in the Tournament.
c) Participants must have registered accounts within the Transformers DS Community, and must be the sole Account Creator (defined below).
d) Directors, officers, and employees of Transformers DS Community, Transformers DS Community's parent, and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, or any other person or entity involved in the design, production, execution, or distribution, of the tournament, and the immediate families of each (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and those living in the same households are not eligible to enter or win any prizes.
e) An Account Creator is defined as the natural person to whom an e-mail address is assigned by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc...) responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
f) Participants agree that they may not provide forged, fraudulent, false, or misleading information. All participants are subject to verification. If a participant is found to contain forged, fraudulent, false, or misleading information, the participant will be removed from the Tournament as well as their submission in the Tournament.
g) Transformers DS Community reserves the right at all times to disclose any information obtained during account creation as Transformers DS Community deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal processes or governmental authority request, or to edit, refuse, or remove any information, in whole or in part, at the sole discretion of the Transformers DS Community.
Liability and Agreement
All prizes at Transformers DS Community are promised for supply by third party Sponsors. Transformers DS Community is not responsible for any deficiency or delay in the delivery, condition, or value of any prizes or award. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Transformers DS Community and Sponsors affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, directors, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns including advertising and promotion agencies, and promotion partners, from any and all liability with respect to any prize.
Intellectual Property
Transformers reserves the right to reproduce, archive, publish, display, exhibit for promotional purposes, without credit or notification, any derivative work, article, feature, video, program, picture, item, art or printed coverage of the Tournament and all of its participants.
Unauthorized replication, publication, or copying of this, in whole or in part, is prohibited.
